Thanks for stopping by! If we haven’t met yet, I’m a Chennai-born, Delhi-based writer who took the scenic route to storytelling.

I trained as a mechanical engineer, but instead of heading into a corporate job, I followed my curiosity into journalism — reporting for News Today, writing features for DT Next, and later editing for The Hindu BusinessLine. Those years taught me how to explain complex ideas simply and to find the human story in every headline.

Today, I work at AshokaX, where I design content strategies for courses on AI, climate, data science, and more.

But my true passion project lives here: The Fiction Emailer — a newsletter that blends speculative fiction with sharp, journalistic commentary.

Each edition features short stories from The Paper Chronicles universe — where journalists are the heroes — paired with essays unpacking real-world issues like democracy, climate change, and technology.
